In this information memorandum, we want to provide you with detailed information on the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes. To begin with, we would like to explain why we asked for your consent to process personal data for marketing purposes. The main purpose of this processing is to offer you the latest information about current and new products, services, from us and from our business partners. Another objective is to provide time-limited offers and practical information, in written or electronic form. We try to create tailor-made offers based on segmentation and profiling so that we can only present you with relevant product and service offers, so that you are not inundated with product offers that are already available to you or that do not meet your needs. Given the entry into force on 25/05/2018 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, it is necessary to obtain a new consent from you that corresponds to the new requirements. Please read the information below on the processing of personal data, which we have prepared in the form of questions, in order to make this information memorandum as clear and practical as possible in terms of searching for information. If you have any questions or comments about your consent, please call us at tel: +421 905 937 273 or send an email to: hello@syntelia.sk
